Privacy Policy
Effective November 5, 2026
This policy explains what information Rocky Mountain Brain Integration, Inc. (“we,” “us”) collects through unlockingyourbrain.com and our learning site, learn.unlockingyourbrain.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact form. Your name, phone number, email address, the service you're interested in, and your message.
- Intake forms. The information you choose to share about yourself, your family or your relationship before a session. These forms are hosted with Google, and your answers are stored in our Google account.
- Free quizzes. Your answers are used to show your results. We do not ask for your name, and we keep only anonymous counts (such as how many people took a quiz). If you ask us to email your results, we use your email address to send them. We keep your email for occasional tips only if you tick the box asking for them.
- Purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email address and what you bought; we never see or store your full card number.
- Course accounts. When you enroll, we keep your name, email address, your course progress, and anything you enter in the courses (such as reflections).
How we use it
- To answer your questions and schedule sessions.
- To give you access to the courses you buy and keep track of your progress.
- To send receipts, course reminders, and quiz results you asked for.
- To send occasional tips, only if you opted in. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To keep our sites secure and working properly.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not use advertising trackers or analytics services such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel on our sites.
- We do not share your quiz answers, intake answers or course entries with advertisers.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do so: Stripe (payments), Google (email and intake forms), and our website hosting provider. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies
Our learning site uses cookies that are needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
Children
Our websites are meant for adults. Parents and guardians may buy courses or book sessions for their children, but we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you have an account or as long as we need it to provide our services, keep business and tax records, and meet legal requirements.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or stop receiving emails at any time. Send your request through our contact page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws, and we will honor those requests.
